Private company blog

    Hello,
    I am trying to figure out how to let people in my company sign in to see and participate in a blog, without them having to register to create a WordPress page. Is this possible? I thought it was, but it looks like they have to register as if they are going to create a webpage in order to have access to the blog.
    Ideally, they would be able to go to a webpage, enter a common password, and then view and be able to comment on the post. (No registering required). Could you please let me know if this is possible?
