Hi @mikanadreams.
You can restrict access to only those you invite by going into your Privacy Settings here. Scroll down to the section labeled “Privacy” and choose the third option, “Private – Your site is only visible to you and users you approve.”
Once you change that setting you will need to invite the people you would like to view thie site.

Note that in order to invite people to be viewers on a private site they will need to each create their own WordPress.com account.
You can also password protect individual posts and pages on a site. You’ll need to set a separate password on every post or page you want to protect, and everyone will use the same password to access the content, so it’s much less secure than using a private site.
It’s not possible to password-protect an entire site on WordPress.com.
