Private post

  I put a private post on my blog thinking i could only see it via the admin area, but when i go onto the blog its there too. Is it because im logged in as admin i can see it. No one else can – can they?

  Also if i put this post as a sticky so it also at the top of the blog – will it still be private so only i can see it?

  And will that be the same if it was a page too?

  No serach engines and rss feeds, etc can find private posts / pages can they?

  The only way we can make sure it’s private is if you tell us the title of the post that’s supposed to be private. But you’re right, private post would only be visible to you. And as a sticky, it’d still be private for only you. Same goes for pages. you’re right again, search engines, RSS stuff can’t be view with a private post

  but pages that are private, don’t appear on the navigation bar unless you choose the password protected option
