Private post still visible

    I have set a page to private but it is still visible.
    It is still visible in a list and when the page is open, it comes up with ‘Private:’ before the title but still shows up.

    can anyone please help??

    Have you tried looking at the post when you are logged out of WordPress.com? It may be that you’re logged in as the site owner and can still see private posts.
