private registration

  I am trying to activate private Registration for rusticando.org (rusticando.wordpress.com).

  I have confusing messages. I dont know if it is active or not or where to activate it.

  Initially I paid, I got credited for 7 euros, but I got the message that is was not activated.

  Now I am coming back and I get an option to Cancel Private Registration and both a message saying that I can’t activate private Registration.

  Please, what is the situation? I would like to have PR active.
