Private Registration

  Dear team of WP,

  when I created the web site http://www.diariodiunsopravvissutoallacrisi.com I ignored the importance of the private registration.
  Now, few days later, I want to do it.
  But the platfom of WP doesn’t allow it to me because “the dominy is already registrated”(but I want only the PRIVATE REGISTRATION).

  Hi there!

  You can add private registration directly from the My Upgrades page in WordPress.com:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  From here, you’ll see a blue button to Add Private Registration alongside details of your domain.

  Hello Siobhyb,
  it doesn’t work.

  as i said in the last request:

  I already have the domain, and from the link that you gave me I can choose only to add the private registration, because there is also the payment for the website.

  And it doesn’t work because I already have the website(dominio) but i don’t have the private registration.

  Really I will need it in a week, please find a way to solve this problem.

  Hi there.

  I can see that you’re being shown an extra charge for your domain registration while going through the steps to add privacy. Sorry about that! While our developers look into fixing this, I’ve gone ahead to send you an email to the address we have on file. Please can you reply from there to complete payment for private registration? Once I receive payment, I’ll be able to add privacy to your domain on our end.
