Private Registration Cancellation Error

  There is an error message that I encounter when I try to cancel my private registration. I want to cancel my private registration and obtain a refund for the upgrade.

  Hi,

  I’m happy to help. I’ve removed the upgrades from your account; the eCheck transaction is still pending so we can’t partly refund the transaction until that is complete. I’ll keep checking on it and confirm with you when I’m able to process the refund.

  Thanks for your patience. The eCheck has cleared, so I’ve initated the refund of $8 for Private Registration. You should expect it to hit your PayPal account in the next couple of business days.
