Private registration renewal

    I clicked on the link to renew my domain name and the renewal screen has a notification in a pink window said, “Sorry, that product is no longer available.” I have until January 15 to renew, so I am not sure what is happening.

    Can you make sure you’re renewing your domain via your Store -> Domains page?

    Usually that error message pops up when trying to renew only one of the domain-related upgrades. Since the Domain Registration, Domain Mapping, and Private Whois upgrades are all connected, they need to be renewed together.
