Private Registration – still allowing personal house address/Info via Google?
-
I have purchased Private Registration + Domain Mapping + Domain Registration + Custom Design. When I type in my cell phone number in Google, My home address and personal confidential contact information still shows in results. How do I update this information and have it removed from a public search engine? I thought I purchased the correct packages to prevent this. Thanks

When I look at the whois information for your domain registration, here is what I see:
Registrant:
Domains By Proxy, LLC
[snip]
Registered through: Automattic
Domain Name: JUNEGIR.COM
Created on: 15-Jul-12
Expires on: 15-Jul-13
Last Updated on: 15-Jul-12

Administrative Contact:
Private, Registration [redacted by jj]
Domains By Proxy, LLC
DomainsByProxy.com

(phone numbers of domainsbyproxy here)Where Google is pulling your private information from, I cannot say, but it is not from your domain registration.

Thanks. I am not too sure either. If I type my cell phone number into Google search engine, my word press blog name, home address, full name and cell number appear in the search results. I contacted the company who has this information posted in their site, and the phone recording said this information is made public automatically when any domain is registered, and to contact the host to have it changed or removed. Even though I purchased the privatization of my information through word press, I can, as well as others, see my personal information on Google. I will do more research on what can be done.

You added private registration almost a month after you had registered the domain, which means that your details were out there for almost a month.
Some sites, like the one you encountered, do cache the WHOIS data for about a month, so these things should eventually clear up.
