Private Settings Dilemma

  If I put my blog in private settings, Will it stop Listing my website in search engines? I am developing my new website, where current contents will be posted in new website, so will it hamper my chances in SEO, If i put my website in private?

  Yes, if you make the blog private, it will no longer be accessible by search engines. Making it private assumes that you don’t WANT anybody to find it without you directly giving them access.
