Private site except landing page

  Hello,

  how to make enitre site as private except access only page landed through a direct link like blog post link or page link. This helps users view forwarded unique links for marketing but if they want to explore other parts of site then they have to signup or login. Searched extensively but only can find results for entire site making private. Is there any plugin for this?
