"Private" Status under Publish on Post

  I finished this evening connecting with facebook. I’m being selective about what Posts and Page updates I want to show up on FB but when I select “Private” under Publish/Edit, the word Private shows up at the top of my page or post. Is there a way to keep this from showing on blog? Thanks!

  A blog post that has been marked “Private” by its author is only visible to Administrators and Editors. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/
