Private to public then back to private

    Hi,
    I have a blog that I have setup as being totally private. It is meant for family and friends only so those who are allowsed to see the blog have been invited and authorized to view it.
    However I was looking for a way to print my blog and heard about a number of different solutions but have encountered the following problems:

    Fast Pencil cannot use the blog URL (an error pops up) only the XML file and even so my photos don’t show up at all and instead have the weblinks.

    BlogBooker and PrintFriendly only show my the login page because my blog is private.

    I figured that as a private blog they couldn’t see my blog and import it correctly and I might temporarily need to switch the blog from private to public.

    My question is this: if I do so, can I switch it back to public without having to reinvite everyone? In other words if I switch back to private will all my previously invited family and friends still have authorisation (and notification setttings whil I’m at it) to see my blog? or do I have to start over? (they aren’t that tech savvy and it was really complicated to get them through this the first time around)

    And I don’t want to experiment in case this doesn’t actually work.

    If you switch it back to Private then yes, you have to re-invite everyone.
