  I posted one blog as privately published. Do the people who sign up to read my blog still get to read it or is it blocked from anyone reading it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you referring to an entire blog ie: website like for example http://thoughtsoutofmyheart.wordpress.com/ being made private?
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Or are you referring to a individual post http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/ or an individual page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/ that the visibility has been made private on?

  Private – Posts/Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private posts/pages are not visible in the Reader, feeds, or in any search. A post/page can be private without being password protected.
