  I’m not sure I understand your question. Your site is set to private, not your account. No one can see your site but you (or people you invite to view it). See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Could you clarify what website you are referring to so we can make sure we answer your question accurately?

  Your blog is currently set to private, so if you are wondering if a user who just has your URL can see your posts, the answer is no. Only you and any users you invite to view your blog are able to do that.
