Privy plugin?

  Can I add the Privy plugin on a free plan, am I missing something? Or do I need to upgrade?

  Free plan or upgraded plan, you can’t install plugins like that at WordPress.com. You’d need to set up a self-hosted site with the WordPress.org software.
