  Will I be able to place scripts like e.g. mousestats.com to make user researches if I upgrade to the Pro bundle?

  Depends on the code (post it here so we can help), no upgrade will allow you to use Javascript, since it is a security issue, see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  Unfortunately it’s javascript so I’ll have to change for .org. Thanks for the answer.
