  what support is available for those who purchase the pro bundle? Also, I will do some additional research but is the probundle appropriate for a photography site? Thank you

  If photography is your business then I’d say yes. You might also want a premium theme, as some of them are really wonderful for photography.

  As for support, I believe it’s the same support level as the free bloggers, plus staff support for custom design editing and email support. You don’t get live chat support until you get to the $299 business bundle.

  Thank you, raincoaster! Yes, I am considering the premium themes too. I honestly have considered Blue Host and am still wanting to work up to that, but I read from Michael Hyatt that he pays $1000.00 per month on maintenance fees–he has affiliation and book money coming in.

  I read somewhere that wordpress only offered chat for the upgrade, but wasn’t sure what upgrade that was. I read it a while ago.

  I don’t know what kind of traffic he must be getting to pay that much, but it almost certainly includes a dedicated tech with a small client list to help him specifically. You wouldn’t need a package like that till you were getting a million hits a day or something.
