pro photo install on wordpress

uploading theme
when checking to see if prophoto blog is compatible with wordpress, it says everything is ready to go. It prompts me to go to themes, and then there should be an option that says add new. I am not seeing that? What do I need to do to install pro photo??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
