Pro Plan not activated

  Hi, my name is Tina and I subscribed to a monthly Pro Plan using my PayPal account Tina Tasos and Advertising Agency, it’s seems not to be activated what should I do?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  wordpress.com doesn’t have a monthly pro Plan. All paid wordpress.com plans are billed on an annual base.

  @tmulengamwila: I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

  Thank you so much for your support and help, the issue at hand is, i never used my website page to upgrade but instead I paid directly through my Tina Tasos Advertising and Tour Guide Agency PayPal account. I don’t how you’re going to help me with that.

  You posted here regarding purchasing a Pro plan that has not been activated. Forums members designated as Staff are WordPress.com support team members, so we can look at your account and advise on the status of any purchases.

  We don’t offer a monthly subscription for our Pro plan, nor can you purchase a plan from anywhere other than your plans page. Therefore, we need to know what website you were buying this for to either locate the correct account where the purchase was made or get you pointed in the right direction to get help. WordPress.com does accept PayPal for payment of our plans, so if you did make a purchase from us, you could have used PayPal.

  Without the URL of the site, there’s not much more we can do to help. Let us know if you have any questions.

  If you bought it from us, try using the form at wpchrg.com to look up the charge. That will show the site address. Share that with us here if you need more help.
