Pro-rata Premium upgrade cost?

  I have just paid the renewal of my domain name and custom design add-on, and am thinking of upgrading to Premium, although maybe not right now. If I upgrade to Premium later, do I get charged the full amount, or pro-rata up to the next renewal? For example – do the upgrades all run for one year, from their respective start dates?

  Sorry – I didn’t clarify. What I meant was….because I have already paid for a domain upgrade and a custom design upgrade, which is also included in the premium package, would I still be charged the full £70 if I upgrade to Premium, being as I have already paid a fair chunk of that?

  We can work with you if you decide to upgrade. Just let us know when/if you buy the upgrade and we’ll make a call based on how close your previous subscriptions are to expiring.

  The easiest thing is to just reply to this thread, or start a new one when you are ready to add the upgrade.
