    thank you for the reply

    I want to signup for a pro plan with a previously closed account name ,
    closed the account by mistake when tried to change the name on the invoice

    I think all I need is to chat with support to repoen the closed account, verify the name on the invoice and sign on to the plan

    Hi there,

    Closing your account deletes all sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, the data will be entirely purged from our system, and at this point, the process cannot be reversed.

    We will need a bit more information to check to see if this account can be restored. If you can, please share the username of the account you are referring to, the site you need help with, and also a transaction ID for that purchase. It is likely that a better option is to use this WordPress.com account (or a new WordPress.com account) to create the site you have in mind.

    Please keep in mind that we no longer offer the Pro plan. I would be happy to provide a plan recommendation for your site. To start, can you tell me a bit more about the site you are hoping to set up? What is the primary purpose of your site? What specific features or functionalities would you like to have on your website?

    hi

    I don’t need to restore the site itself only the account so I can use it with the right email/user and invoice name

    account name is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    every plan suited for a professional website is fine
