Pro upgrade charged although cancelled last year

    Hi, I cancelled my pro account last year but in reviewing my bank account just saw $117 deducted for the services. I have not used wordpress for over a year and cannot afford the charge for something I am not using. Help in refunding the charge (for pro account at the very least) would be much appreciated.

    Hi Paul,

    I’ve checked the adequatelyoutraged account you are contacting us from and there haven’t been any charges since 2015 — which means the charge is not connected to this account. Please try entering the payment details into the “Why was I charged?” form here:

    Why was I charged?

    That should provide more information but please do not post any payment or transaction details on these forums. Please use the Contact Support » link (on the right) to contact our payments team directly so they can look at the next steps with you.
