Pro upgrade domain redirect

Hi I bought an upgrade to pro with designerhappy but then transferred it to artisanceramics when I’d updated my site and realised you had to buy an upgrade for EACH blog.
So now I have transferred it back to designerhappy and will buy another upgrade for artisanceramics BUT I now have $13 next to my domain mapping when it was included in my bundle and should be $0.Thanks

I see two separate bundle purchases, for both designerhappy.wordpress.com and artisanceramics.wordpress.com.
Is it the bundle on artisanceramics.wordpress.com that wants to charge you for the domain mapping?

You already have a domain mapped to that one, http://designerhappy.com/
So, additional mapped domains on that blog would cost $13.

But it says designerhappy.com (domain mapped to wordpress.com)
$13 per year to be renewed 29th August 2013.But as this one was the one that I mapped (and only one I have mapped) it should say $0 because its free (included in the bundle). I confused it by transferring the bundle to the other blog so it said ok she’s mapped the domain we’ll charge her for that now but I moved the upgrade back to designerhappy again and it still says $13.

Oh, it’s included in the bundle still and will be renewed for free.

okay I thought so- I just wanted to check I didn’t have to cancel and refund and do it again through the bundle.

You’re welcome!
If you’d like, I can cancel and refund the bundle. That will take care of the display issue when you re-purchase, but it is fine to leave as-is.

It’s ok – i have another problem… :(
I wasn’t aware there was a wordpress.org and think as I’m designing sites (first my own then my parents with the view to do this as a career) I think getting a host and doing the wordpress.org stuff I’m going to be able to make it so much more personalised and add plug ins but is it super crazy hard for someone who has just learned html5 and css3 and is still a little confused?

It’s not too hard. There are of course a few more responsibilities, but it’s still the same easy software with a few different features.

ok thanks I managed to cancel the bundle for artisanceramics, would you please cancel the one for designerhappy and the mapping of the domain for me? It says i need to contact support. I have changed the nameserver back to 123reg.

and now it says I upgraded more than 30 days ago so don’t get a refund but I bought both upgrades today.

Hi,
Quick question – I’m using the theme Grisaille and when I change the background colour to something other than the default, the colour change doesn’t show? Even when I save and exit? Is this a bug?

It looks like you’ve switched to Yoko. If you prefer Grisaille, would you mind switching back so I can take a look?
