  Hi arurima,

  Do you mean you would like to change your blog name/address? If yes, here’s a guide on how to do that “Change a Site Address”: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/.

  Be aware that if you change your blog name the old link to it won’t work anymore, and you (oranyone else) will not be able to ever use that name again.
