PROBLEM

OK! So I logged in to my old WordPress account to delete it. Didnt seem like an option. The problem was, that https://luluna.dk went to this site, and I have a live webshop with Shopify, so this was a problem. I think put google into the URL just to move the Luluna direction, but now I can not log into the account, it goes to Google all the time. I just want to delete it! My username was Hedvigsun the webshop was called Luluna.dk and my password was long!

I can’t see that https://luluna.dk is connected with WordPress.com.
It looks to be a domain registered with https://www.one.com/en/ – https://who.is/whois/luluna.dk
Have you been used to logging into https://luluna.dk/wp-admin/

I have now spoken with One.Com and they have adviced me to change DSN my CNAME from WWW to *. This has been done now and 90min should go and then it should only direct to my current site. How I ever will log in and delete my WordPress site I have now idea about, because now it just goes directly to google, even if I click the log on link you just sent!

We can only help with sites hosted here at WordPress.com. We have no ability to investigate nor advise on how to fix the issues you’re seeing with your site now.
You should reach out to One support again and have them explain why your domain is redirecting to Google and not your site. They should have a record of what your nameservers were previously and can better advise what the problem is here.
