  Hi there,

  Can you be a bit more specific as to what the zip file is for?
  Is it the website itself? Or just random files that are zipped?

  I found these steps that might be an alternative, let me know if this helps?

  1. Select the website where you want to import structures and data.
  2. Navigate to Administration » Export / Import.
  3. In the left pane, select Import ZIP file.
  4. Click Choose file and select the file for import. …
  5. Click Upload and import.

  Not sure if this is what you are intending to do. Would like to know more about the zip file’s purpose then I might be able to help better

  Hi there,

  As explained in the error message shown in the dashboard when you try to import that file, the file contains content we consider to be spam, and you will not be able to import it to your site. If you want to create a site using that content, you’ll need to host it at another provider that allows that type of content.

  You’re still welcome to use your WordPress.com site to create your own original content. You can see an overview of what types of content is allowed on WordPress.com here:
