Problem access

  Hello, I no longer have access to my website. My username lolypopkitchen (www.lolypopkitchen.com) is recognized but my password and my email address are no longer recognized. I tried to login via Google and this led to the creation of the account (lolypopkitchen8b89a320c8) with my gmail address lolypopkitchen which allowed me to access the forum! I tried to access my wordpress account via the identification ID but again the ID numbers that have on my invoices since 2014 are not recognized as valid. I have not been asked by WordPress to pay the annual bill of March 2019 (I am registered since 2014)? What is the problem I am totally blocked!Please help me asap thank you

  Do you have a copy of the purchase receipt for the upgrades on lolypopkitchen.com? If so, please try logging out of WordPress.com from the My Profile page, then log back in using the email address that receipt was sent to.

  If not, please try resetting the password with the other username. That should send an email to the address we have on our system. For security reasons, I can’t share that information with you, so please check all of your email accounts including the spam folders.

  Let’s try that first — but please don’t post any personal information like transaction IDs on these public forums.
