Problem accessing main WordPress account

    I am getting the following error message whenever I try to access my main account;

    The requested URL “http://procureinsights.wordpress.com/” cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Additional note . . . I can still access the main blog’s stats file etc. . . . it is just when I attempt to go to the actual blog itself.

    Hi there,

    I just went and checked out your site and haven’t had any issues accessing it, either with my network or on a separate Verizon network. Are you still having issues? Have you tried it on a different computer or network by any chance?

    Thank you for getting back to me. I actually did try it on a different system and it worked fine. So I would imagine that the issue is confined to a particular system.

    What’s interesting is that up until this morning it was working just fine . . . not sure why, but I will reboot the system and get back to you.

    Just tried a reboot without success on this one system . . . still getting the error re it defaults to a Yahoo page. Have you ever encountered this before?

    I have not. It is very strange! It could be that something is blocking your site for some reason. Have you recently installed or upgraded a firewall or antivirus program that could be seeing it as a malicious website for some reason?

    I will have to dig a little deeper . . . right now I am on my main system and everything is working great. Funny thing is that when I use my other system and click on the link to this forum, it comes to this site for a few seconds before bumping me to the Yahoo can’t find page.

    I am still having problems accessing my Procurement Insights blog from the same computer – I can access it from my other two systems without a problem.

    I took a screen shot of the page that comes up, perhaps I could send it to you as it may help to identify why this is happening.

    Is there an e-mail address for me to forward the screen shot?

    Hiya Jon,

    If you’ve got a screenshot for me, the best way would be for you to get it to one of your machines where you can access your blog and then upload it to your Media Library and then paste the link here. I’ll be happy to take a look at it!
