Problem adding Custom Image Header

  i have a simialr problem i wanted to upoload a smaller gif image when i click on the crop highlight lines to try and get it to resize it to original size it just gets smaller until the lines disappear.

  anyone have any ideas?

  Try uploading an image larger than the header area instead.

  I have the same problem too. Everytime after uploading an image to the image header, I was asked to crop the header, the square box couldn’t be manupulated – it cannot be moved about. And when I tried saving, the becomes a black patch. Then everytime I have to restore to the original header.

  Same deal here…I upload and get to the “Crop Your Image” screen, but there’s no image displayed. If I just select “Crop Your Image” I get the black box treatment. Bummer.

  I am having the same problem cropping photos…it leaves a black box. It work 3 months ago, but now it doesn’t work at all? What was the fix?
