Problem adding Gravatar profile photo

    I’m having trouble adding a Gravatar photo to my wordpress.com profile. Here are the steps I’ve been following, and the problem I run into.

    I navigate to wordpress.com/me to edit my profile. I click on the generic image to “update profile photo”.

    I land on a “My Gravatars” / Manage Gravatars page (URL: https://secure.gravatar.com/emails ). I see the message:

    “Whoops, looks like you don’t have any images yet! Add one by clicking here!”

    I follow the steps; I’ve tried: upload an image; use an already uploaded image (there is one there that from the first time I tried “upload an image”); and add image from URL. Each time, I make it through to the “cropper” page. I use the crapper tool. (My image is already square so I make sure that the cropper tool selects the entire image.) I click “Crop and Finish”.

    I get circled back to the same page (https://secure.gravatar.com/emails) with the same message: “Whoops, looks like you don’t have any images yet! Add one by clicking here!”

    Repeat. Same circle.

    What can I do?

    I resolved it by logging out and logging back in :)
