Problem adding new User

    I am not sure this is the sort of question I should put to the forum, but can find no way of contacting wordpress.com directly.
    I have tried adding a new User to my blog, but am told they are not a wordpress user. I know this is not the case as he has left comments on the blog and indeed has set up his own wordpress.com blog. The only explanation I have thought of is that he has changed his email address recently. However, neither the old or new address work.

    The unique identifier is the email address that your user registered his or her username account under. As you have followed these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ without success the only suggestion I can make is to contact the user and be sure you are using that same unique email address. If that does not produce a positive result then I’m at a loss when it comes what to do and recommend contacting Staff and asking for their assistance. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

    Thanks for your help. I am sure I got the original and new email addresses right, so I’ll try the contact URL you provided (which is probably somwwhere in the Support pages, but I couldn’t find it).

    Hello gain,
    We can find the Support link on our navigation bar. Hover over “My Account” and the Support link is in the drop-down menu. We can find the Support link by clicking “Help” on the top right hand corner of our Dashboards. We can also find the support link on the very bottom of every page in the Admin side of our blogs on the left hand side
