Problem Adding New User

Hi Good Evening,
I hope you can help me. My church uses word press for it’s website. I didn’t set the site up, it was done by our previous pastor and he is no longer with us. I am an administrator on the account and am trying to add our new pastor. He set up a word press account, and site. From the church site, I sent a user invite to him. However,he is not seeing the invitation or the area where to accept. We have tried using both his email address that he used when initiating the account, and the wordpress name; both are as follows: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and/or revbobanderle.wordpress.com. The juno.com sent him the welcome email, but no link to click on to accept the invite. The wordpress just doesn’t acknowledge any type of invite. We are truly stuck here, and would appreciate your assistance. The pastor is becoming discouraged and impatient. Please help!! Thanks Denise Mc Ateer

Hi!
Emails would be set to the Pastor’s email address on file. Have him check the email account he used to create his WordPress account. He may need to check his tabs or SPAM folder.
The juno.com sent him the welcome email
What is juno.com? The invitation should have come from WordPress.
When you invited him, can you check to see what the invite status is on your administrator account? See Dashboard–>Users—>Invite New for your past invitations statuses.
