problem adding social icons to page template

    After adding a social icons block to a group in my footer template, the prompt ‘Click plus to add’ does not appear, so I cannot add any social profiles or icons to the block. I have tried adding the block in every available method and selecting by direct click as well as through the list view sidebar. I have tried editing the footer from both a full page template editor as well as the footer editor itself.

    It’s odd you’re seeing that, I’m able to see that plus sign and add a social media icon. What are you seeing exactly?

    Also, what browser and extensions are in use exactly?
