Problem adding sticky posts to Sight theme

  Hello,

  I am having a bit of of an issue adding new posts to the Sight theme slider. I currently have one up there and am attempting to add a second following the same procedure as the first, adding a featured image marking it as a sticky. It is not displaying for some reason. Would appreciate any help!
