problem again accessing wordpress – lost connection

The problem we had last summer is recurring here. Again, it happens at the same time the UK govt considers blocking porn sites. For the last two days, I have great difficulty in accessing my blog, and in moving to different pages. It is stuck. I have to empty cookies and cache frequently and log in again. Is this happening to others also?
