Problem applying a Theme

  I’m having trouble applyng the theme to my site.
  When I selected the theme i like it never changed and is staying at the sample theme. I really am confused and would love some help

  What theme are you trying to apply? And are you clicking Preview and then Activate?

  I tried to apply Vostok but it wont apply and even when i try to preview it still shows me the generic theme that is on it now .
  So it wont let me preview and activate
