problem at sign in

    My site is sagelha.wordpress.com I made it by my mobile at your app and when I sign in everything is with money I downloaded it before at bitnami wordpress and it was everything for free but I cant login at it so what I do

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there! It sounds like you have a couple of things going on here.

    First, your login for the site sagelha.wordpress.com is the same one you used to log in to make this support request. You should be able to see your site’s backend here: https://wordpress.com/home/sagelha.wordpress.com

    Regarding the need to pay for it – WordPress.com is free to use for as long as you want to. If you want to add features to your site, some of those do come at a cost.

    Looking at your current shopping cart, it looks like you have a WordPress.com Business subscription in your cart – this is likely due to you trying to add something to your site that would require that plan level to achieve. Most people upgrade to Business in order to install plugins or themes – if you also need to do so for your site, you would need to upgrade. You can see what each plan level includes here:

    If you don’t want to upgrade, you can go to your shopping cart and click the “remove from cart” link to remove that upgrade.

    What isn’t clear is this item:

    What is it that you’re downloading? If you need to download the WordPress software, you can find it at WordPress.org for free and use it at any other host of your choice. Note that other hosting providers will charge a fee for hosting your website, but you also can use it however you wish including adding plugins and themes.

    Your site is hosted with WordPress.com where it is always free, but we limit what you can do with the site if you don’t want to pay for it.
