problem blogging new post

  I have an intothedarkroom blog template, Tarragon, and normally when I try to blog a new post it has the tools to insert a cover (excerpt image) for the post. Now all of that is missing. If you see my blog: http://www.haydonphotography.com/blog you’ll see what I mean by cover image. I have no idea where these tools went and I can’t really blog a new session without it. Any help?
