Problem Cancelling Premium Upgrade

I’ve tried several times to cancel already, but when I click on the confirmation email link, it keeps saying there was a problem cancelling please contact support. The support page does no have any answer.

It looks like the upgrade was indeed successfully canceled, despite the notice.
