Problem Changing Blog Name/URL, HELP!?

  @jeremeylduvall this looks great, exactly what i needed done! thank you so much.

  I am not sure if I need to make a new ticket for this, but now that the pages have been deleted my metalconblog appears different. not much has changed – but when i view the metalconblog outside of wordpress (ie: just clicking the link from my website without being logged in) the background + the header have disappeared.

  However! when I login and click customize so that I may replace said items, they exist… Furthermore: they do not appear in my “customization/background/header” tabs as if they exist. I am so confused here, again thinking its a inner glitch, please inform me otherwise.

  It looks like you have a broken header image here:

  Can you try clicking “Remove header image” from that page?

  Weird! It all appeared fine and not broken on my end, but I removed the background/header anyway and re-selected the images and it worked! I could have done this myself but was a little scared because of the switch.

  I am now all set and happy again :) Thank you! Even without a phone number customer service still seems to be top priority here. I love it!
