Problem Connecting Correct Youtube Channel URL to Verified Services on Gravatar

  I am trying to connect and verify my Youtube channel to my Gravatar.

  However, I recently claimed a customized URL for my Youtube channel (this was done on the Youtube website) and now when I try to connect my Youtube channel to my Gravatar in the ‘Verified Services’ section of my Gravatar Profile, it leads to a page showing:

  Gravatar would like to:
  Have offline access

  Also, if I click on ‘Allow’, it then leads to the Verified Services page on my Gravatar profile showing only the old, uncustomized Youtube URL.

  Then, when I clicked on that link, it goes to a page that shows the message “This Channel Does Not Exist”.

  My new customize Youtube URL is not showing at all on my Gravatar profile in the ‘verified services’ section, instead it is showing only the old uncustomized Youtube URL which does not redirect to my Youtube channel at all when clicked on.

  The problem also is that, after claiming customized Youtube URL, I now get a ‘This Channel Does Not Exist’ message. Instead, the old uncustomized Youtube channel URL link for my Youtube channel automatically gets connected to my Gravatar, but when I click on this old uncustomized Youtube URL, I get the error message. ‘This Channel Does Not Exist’. I need my new customized Youtube Channel URL to be connected to the Verified Services section of my Gravatar automatically and, I need it to redirect to my Youtube Channel and not to the error message ‘This Channel Does Not Exist’.
