Problem Deleting Blog

  I would like to delete a self-hosted blog that I no longer have access to the URL.
  Blog url: http://www.theragingqueens.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If your site is self-hosted, then you are in the wrong forum. This forum is for free wordpress.COM blogs. You need to get help in the wordpress.ORG forum.

  It used to be self-hosted but it is showing up in my wordpress.COM account. Should I be in the wordpress.org forum instead? I just want to delete it and I’m not sure how.

  Here is how to delete a wp.com blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  But be very certain you won’t ever want to use that name again. Wp.com does not recycle names:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  If you think you might want that name in future, then just set it to private so readers and search engines won’t be looking at it.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Thank you, I took a look at those links and they still don’t seem to address my issue. What I *think* I’m having trouble with is removing the previous blog I had in my wordpress.com global dashboard (which used to be self-hosted, and was connected to wordpress.com through the jetpack plugin). The site no longer exists at wordpress.org and I no longer have control over dashboard of the site (the link to the dashboard is broken because I no longer own the domain). Therefore, I’d like to delete it from my dashboard at wordpress.com.

  I also changed my blog’s name from alexitzamiller to poisoncouture, but alexitzamiller still appears in my dashboard.. I can’t delete it !! Can someone delete alexitzamiller.wordpress.com forever? Thx
