problem deleting site made by someone else

  Hi I need to remove a wordpress site blackmountainrealestate.wordpress.com
  An Assistant made the site for seo and it is all spam
  For some reason it looks like I can add a post but I cannot find the pages to remove the content.
  the site is linking to our main site http://www.okanaganbc.com and we have received a warning from Google about the spammy link.

  The assistant who made the site actually made quite a few and when I had him remove them before he was terminated. Looks like he forgot this one. I do not have the log in and he refuses to give it to me, told me to contact wordpress

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
