Hello, I want to transfer my domain name purchased in December to a host, only I do not have access to my blog (deleted 2 days ago: /) so I can not for get my DNS code as OVH me the request. I’m stuck everywhere: / (I backup my blog)

Hey there,

You both deleted your blog and canceled your domain =(
Your domain is now on hold with our registrar. I can get in touch with them to try to get it back, but there is no guarantee that I am able to.

If I am able to retrieve the domain, you must have an active WordPress.com URL to map it to. Then, you’ll be able transfer the domain to another host.

Let me know if you would like for me to contact the registrar to see if I can get the domain back for you. Then, we’ll see what we can do to map it to your old domain temporarily.

hello, yes I would recover my domain name , I pay for 1 year how it does what it does belong to myself ? this mean it will soon be available for purchase ? I do not understand very well.

Hi there,

Since you canceled your domain registration, it would’ve been re-released to the public. However, I contacted our registrar to retrieve the domain for you. I will contact you once I hear from them. Then, I’ll restore the domain to your site. No worries, I think we can get it back =)

I’m not quite sure I understand. Were you able to get to the page successfully? You get here:

Try to click on your custom domain lovinglymom.com, and nothing shows up?

I connect to my backoffice I click my purchases ( domain) the I see my domain name lovinglymom.com (with expiration date below ) and once I knocked on it to see I have a page white with no text pages that load

When I log into my account I go into my purchase section and can see my domain name but as I click on it (in order to see my infos) I have nothing but a blank page. I can’t transfer my domain on my server. How should I do?
