Problem domain removal

    Hello
    I deleted my domain (ohlala-ohlala.com – transferred from OVH) by mistake on WordPress and I need to recover it urgently, is there anything I can do?

    Hi there,

    That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption. However, I may still be able to recover it if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

    A late renewal fee of $80 is required. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

    For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

    If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.

    Please check if it didn’t get into your spam folder.

    The first address on my account was this one which doesn’t exist because this one is linked to my domain removed (ohlala-ohlala.com)…
    I’ve just change the adress on my account, could you use it please ?

    Hi –

    I sent the payment form once again. Please search your email and also check all the spam and other folders. Sometimes our notifications will get caught in the promotions folder too.

    We have received payment (thank you). I’ve sent a note to our domain partner just now about ohlala-ohlala.com. Typically it takes them 2-3 days to get back to us about the redemption. At that time, someone from our team will provide you a status update here.
