Problem domain show user.wordpress.com and no user.com

When I created an account to have a free wordpress website for now and in the future it will be a monthly business plan, so I saw a domain page if I want to buy a domain for website use.
I would like to use domain for website and email, but wordpress said nothing that could use domain for email and others.
I bought a domain in GoDaddy to put G Suite.
Then I set up the domain I have to place wordpress.http://user.wordpress.com is replaced by user.com
But it did not allow and force me to transfer GoDaddy to wordpress.com and pay only for wordpress, but I do not want to transfer and I have domains on godaddy and only one domain is for wordpress creates several administrative problems for my company.
If I transfer, I will have trouble paying 2 times that I registered GoDaddy and WordPress. I prefer to leave it as is and my domain is GoDaddy for WordPress page to work.
I used connect my GoDaddy domain to WordPress.
It was a problem when I entered my domain user.com and appeared user.wordpress.com and not user.com.
How should I proceed to work display website address only user.com and not user.wordpress.com ????

You don’t have to transfer your domain here if you don’t want to. But without a plan, your .com domain will redirect to your .wordpress.com address.
