Problem domain wordpress.com

  I transfered my site from wordpress.com to bluehost but when I open wordpress.com on my web browser I can see the old website. Actually I can see both web sites: myweb.com and the new one: http://www.myweb.com.

  How can I fix this and retire the old one from that list?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
