problem downloading ZIPfile in wordpress

  good morning sir, yesterday i was trying to upload digistore ZIPfile in wordpress but it takes too long time i continued to waiting on site after 5 hour didn’t upload. i very furstrated then i logged out and i think i will try next morning to fix it.When i open site word press i didnt know how i upload again downloaded ZIPfile in wordpress site here nothing given any clue or option so plz help me to recovered it.
