Problem editing my website because some like appearances has disappeared .

  I have a problem editing my website. Some icons- like appearance-have disappeared for form my screen.
  I need help.

  Yes. Themes are saying they can be edited by going to Appearance -> Theme Options, but “Appearance” does not appear anywhere in the menu and I am not able to make the edits the theme promises. Can anybody tell where that’s been moved to?
